Free screenings
for
breast health
ASPIRUS
Women’s Health offers
a free breast health program that
provides free screening, diagnostic
and genetic breast services for women
and men who would otherwise
forgo these services due to out-of-
pocket costs.
The program provides free screening
and diagnostic services to eligible women
and men of counties served by the
Central Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G.
Komen, including:

Breast exam.

Education.
w
w
Screening mammogram.
w
w
Diagnostic mammogram.
w
w
Ultrasound.
w
w
MRI.
w
w
Biopsy.
w
w
Genetic counseling.
w
w
Genetic testing.
w

Patient navigation.

Transportation assistance to
appointments.
These free services are available at
various Aspirus locations in the following
counties served by the Central Wisconsin
Affiliate of Susan G. Komen:

Participants may qualify if their out-
of-pocket expenses would cause them
to forgo receiving these services. Those
with health insurance can qualify for the
program.
